Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail and wholesale customers in a store environment. You will determine customer needs, explain product features, and recommend appropriate solutions while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and helping achieve store sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products as needed, and assisting with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must have at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to achieve high satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying needs and recommending products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Meet sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options.
