Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL retail locations. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions.

You will promptly resolve customer concerns and maintain high product quality and store presentation. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products when needed, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
