Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, determining needs and recommending the right solutions. You will ensure satisfaction, handle sales transactions, and support inventory and display maintenance.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, basic product knowledge, and a willingness to lift up to 70 lbs while delivering excellent service and meeting store sales goals. This is a hands-on retail role in Florida.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
