Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in our El Paso stores. You will help customers select paints and supplies, process transactions, and maintain displays.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year of retail or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. This is a full-time role requiring evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle frequent stocking.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must meet performance standards.

Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain accurate work orders and product displays.
Prepare products and assist in deliveries as needed.
Stay informed on product features and options.
Follow inventory control procedures.
