Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Stratham, NH is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help retail and wholesale customers find the right paint and supplies while driving store sales.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, resolve issues promptly, maintain product knowledge, stock displays, assist with deliveries, and contribute to meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals at Store #5445.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition for assigned areas.
