Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a rating of at least "meets expectations" on the latest performance appraisal
• If internal, must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Convey product knowledge and discuss available options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
