Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Meets/exceeds expectations rating (internal Sherwin-Williams)
• Completed required HR Cloud eLearning courses

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Maintain order files and formulas
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse
• Tint and mix products as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist in deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
