Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend products. You will resolve concerns promptly and maintain high store standards while supporting sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products to customer specs, and ensuring accurate inventory and displays. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
