Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #5278 in Essex Junction, VT. Responsibilities include handling in-person and phone inquiries, processing transactions, stocking and tinting products, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a minimum rating of meets expectations on last performance review.
• Internal employees must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
