Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Vermont. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, present products, and resolve concerns to drive satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, stocking displays, assisting deliveries, and maintaining product knowledge. A strong focus on service, teamwork, and meeting store goals is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and handle inventory tasks.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: meet expectations rating and HR Cloud courses completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales in-store.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and offering products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process transactions.
• Maintain displays, stock shelves, tint/mix products, and assist with deliveries.
• Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and follow policies.
