Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Texas seeks a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and propose suitable solutions to maximize satisfaction and sales. The role involves in-store and phone assistance, processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing as required, and assisting with deliveries.

You will stay current on product features and store standards while helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and with company policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain accurate work order files and pricing data.
Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store equipment clean.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
Maintain in-stock, presentable conditions and stay knowledgeable about products.
