The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Alpharetta, GA. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to identify needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend solutions.

You will resolve concerns promptly to maximize client satisfaction while maintaining product quality and store standards.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends when required.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
