Job summary

Victaulic seeks an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead facility maintenance operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and uninterrupted plant performance in a large manufacturing setting in Easton, PA. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate with engineering and production, and drive preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Five years industrial maintenance experience.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required.
• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must maintain a good performance and attendance record.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of handling exerting and/or stressful situations.
• Must be able to conduct and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees understand and abide by all Company safety rules, regulations, and policies.
• Direct facility maintenance organization to achieve uninterrupted operation of the facility and to maintain the facility and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Plan, schedule, direct, and oversee the functions of maintenance labor to ensure timely and workmanlike completion of tasks.
• Verify maintenance Work Orders are completed properly and routed per procedures.
• Distribute maintenance workload to ensure uninterrupted operation of the facility.
• Coordinate maintenance with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management; ensure timely completion of planned maintenance.
• Establish preventive maintenance procedures for all equipment and review their effectiveness.
• Audit maintenance performance to ensure quality and productivity.
• Provide recommendations on repairs, modifications, or replacement of facility equipment.
• Maintain maintenance stores inventory at minimum level for uninterrupted operation.
• Provide necessary tools, manuals, and procedures for maintenance workforce.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Process and promote safety; publish monthly maintenance reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly facility area and accurate overtime records.
