Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, PA, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Paint Department. You will oversee the paint area on the assigned shift, supervise hourly staff, and coordinate with the Production Superintendent to meet the production plan while driving safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Paint Department on the assigned shift ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Supervise hourly personnel and coordinate area resources to meet production goals.
• Maintain equipment and process controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete daily production and attendance records, downtime, and shift handoffs.
• Enforce safety policies, train staff, and coordinate area staffing and vacations.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and Superintendent to optimize workflow and quality.
