Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Paint Department in Easton, PA. You will oversee all operational aspects of the paint area on the assigned shift, supervise hourly staff, and partner with the Production Superintendent to ensure the workforce meets the production plan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Paint Department operations on assigned shift.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and OSHA compliance in area.
• Schedule and train hourly personnel; coordinate vacations and shifts.
• Maintain daily production and downtime reports.
• Drive continuous improvement and enforce process controls.
• Coordinate with Plant Manager and supervisor on priorities.
