Qualifications

• Two years of machine operator experience required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Able to read, write and perform basic math.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Quality and safety conscious; team player.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow SOPs for each task.
• Operate and monitor paint line equipment to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks and document production data accurately.
• Properly manage hazardous and non-hazardous wastes per the permit.
• Assist in inventory of paints and supplies; participate in maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and schedules.
