Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, a leading exterior building products manufacturer, seeks a Paint Line Production Associate for the night shift in Sidney, OH. You will operate automated paint line equipment, monitor application quality, mix and prepare paint materials, and maintain a safe, clean work area.

Weekly pay and day-1 benefits are included. Two years of machine operator experience are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of machine operator experience required.
• Must read, write and perform basic math as duties require.
• Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and demonstrate excellent attendance.
• Must be quality and safety conscious, a team player.
• Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in standing/walking posture.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to produce product as specified.
• Follow SOPs and quality checks for product integrity.
• Complete production records and labels accurately.
• Identify equipment malfunctions or quality issues and report them.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and schedules.
• Assist in inventory management of paint and supplies.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on paint line equipment.
