Job summary

Everlast Roofing, Inc. in Eaton, OH, is seeking a Paint Line Technician for our paint production facility located in the distribution center. You will apply coatings with spray equipment to meet coverage, performance, and quality standards.

We offer day and night shifts (Mon-Fri) with 6am–2:30pm or 2:30pm–11:30pm. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies, with opportunities to train teammates and improve line efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Able to understand written policies and guidelines, safety standards.
• Stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with machine operation and paint line is preferred.
• Willingness to train team members.
• Flexibility with shift changes.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment efficiently and safely.
• Prepare product for coating, apply coatings, and keep production moving.
• Mix and spray all products used in the process.
• Troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.

Overview:

The Paint Line Technician will work in our paint production facility located in the distribution center. As a Paint Line Technician, you will apply coatings with all types of spray equipment to meet coverage, performance, and quality standards.

Schedule:

Day Shift:

Monday - Friday

6am - 2:30pm

or

Night Shift:

Monday - Friday

2:30pm - 11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow verbal directions.

• Ability to understand written policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.

• Operate production line equipment effectively and efficiently.

• Prepare product for coating, coat product, and keep production moving.

• Be able to mix and spray all products used in process.

• Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot machine failures and make minor adjustments.

• Ability to work in accordance with quality & safety, standards, policies, and guidelines.

• When available willing to assist others in maximizing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Able to communicate effectively with a team and have organizational skills.

• Willing to work overtime.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Able to stand for 8 hours.

• Machine operation and/or paint line experience preferred.

• Willingness to train team members.

• Ability to lead a team effectively and positively.
