Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Line Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for helping operate and monitor the paint line while ensuring products meet quality and production standards.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, follows instructions carefully, works well with a team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment on the paint line
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Pay close attention to detail to identify defects or issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds
• Enter information and production data using a computer keyboard
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Perform other production duties as assigned

Qualifications
