Qualifications

• Two years of machine operator experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Read, write and perform basic math skills as job duties require
• Must possess common sense, positive attitude, and excellent attendance
• Quality and safety conscious, a team player
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive standing, frequent bending, sitting, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting and walking
• Safe work performance is required from each Associate at all times

Responsibilities

• Paint line setup, operation, inspection, and material handling as part of the paint line team.
• Read, understand, and follow SOPs for each task.
• Record production and quality checks accurately.
• Operate paint line equipment to produce product as specified.
• Perform quality checks to meet product specifications.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
