The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, paint line experience, and leadership skills. This direct-hire role offers a 1st shift schedule (6:30 AM–2:30 PM) and a competitive salary of $65,000 to $80,000 per year, with benefits

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience in electrostatic painting, E-coat systems, conveyor systems, or similar finishing processes required
• Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic technical and operational knowledge within a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work 1st shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead daily paint-line production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
• Supervise, coach, and support production team members
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams
• Coordinate production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer demand
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and training requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime
