Job summary

Crown Technical Systems in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Production Supervisor for the Paint-Line to lead manufacturing activities on the shift, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• 2+ years in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrostatic painting, E-coat, conveyors, or similar finishing processes.
• Experience leading or coordinating people in a manufacturing setting.
• Foundational technical and operational skills used in production.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams and the ability to write reports.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across assigned lines to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, implementing improvements to drive efficiency and output.
• Supervise and coach production teams, improving performance and ensuring proper training.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and collaborate with engineering or maintenance to resolve them.
• Prioritize production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and maintain proper training/certification of personnel.
