Advantage Technical is hiring an Associate Production Supervisor for the paint line in Dallas, TX. You will lead daily manufacturing operations, drive productivity, ensure quality, and maintain safe operations while meeting production goals.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, experience with electrostatic painting or finishing processes, and some leadership responsibilities. Direct-hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience in electrostatic painting, E-coat systems, conveyor systems, or similar finishing processes.
• Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic technical and operational knowledge within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 1st shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily paint-line production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise, coach, and support production team members.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Coordinate production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and training requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
