Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. seeks a Paint Lead for the 1st shift to assist the Paint Supervisor in overseeing the Paint Line(s). This role includes guiding Paint Technicians, ensuring proper part racking, and maintaining a clean, organized department.

The incumbent will monitor equipment, support safety initiatives, and collaborate with production control to ensure on-time delivery. Prior lead experience in painting or powder coat is preferred; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Paint Supervisor in directing Paint Line Technicians.
• Coordinate with material handling to ensure correct racking and on-time schedules.
• Work with Production Control to prepare orders for assembly.
• Provide input on scheduling to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safe operation of the paint area.
