Job summary

Hunter Engineering Company in Durant, MS is seeking a Paint Line Operator to support the paint line workflow on the 1st shift (7am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri) with overtime as needed. You will load and unload materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and ensure safe handling of materials to keep production moving.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and some mechanical/handing experience; you should be able to read simple instructions and keep a clean, efficient workspace while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Observe and follow safety rules.
• Operate material handling equipment to load/unload materials.
• Convey materials using carts or pallet jacks within the plant.
• Assist in stocking and organizing paint line materials.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Support team in coordinating loading/unloading as needed.
