Job summary

Accelevation LLC is seeking a Paint Line General Laborer for the second shift in Houston, MS. You will prepare surfaces, run paint line equipment, and hang parts for powder coating to meet stringent quality standards.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, can work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with the team. The role includes lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and collaborating closely with supervisors to hit daily production targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in high-speed or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting in accordance with established specifications
• Operate paint line equipment to support efficient, high-quality production
• Hang parts on the powder coat line with hooks or chains
• Inspect finished and unfinished products to ensure quality and specification standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals
