Job summary

MasterMold is seeking a Paint Supervisor to lead a shift in the Johnson Creek Paint Department. You’ll drive daily production schedules, assign people and resources, and maintain safety and quality standards while coaching the team.

Ideal candidates show leadership, initiative, and ownership, with a willingness to learn paint processes and engage across departments to resolve issues and keep production on track.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership, initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
• Able to engage with the team, set expectations, and follow through on actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Paint Leads, Material Handlers, and Operators on shift to meet schedules.
• Communicate priorities, assign resources, and monitor progress.
• Ensure safety, quality, and process adherence across the team.
• Coach and develop employees, and document performance discussions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and HR as needed.
