Qualifications

• At least 5 years in manufacturing supervisory role, preferably on a paint line.
• Proven experience with 5S, spray guns, epoxies, and urethanes.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; safety-focused.
• Good understanding of paint line equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily paint line operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and top quality.
• Implement and maintain 5S to improve workflow and productivity.
• Train, supervise, and mentor a team of paint line operators.
• Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of paint line equipment to minimize downtime.
• Oversee handling of epoxies and urethanes safely and correctly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Coordinate production schedules with other departments to meet deadlines.
