MasterMold is seeking a Paint Supervisor to lead the Johnson Creek Paint Department. You will direct the shift, keep production on track, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, HR, and other teams to resolve issues.

• Lead and oversee Paint Leads, Material Handlers, and Production Operators during the assigned shift.
• Execute daily production schedules and communicate priorities to the team.
• Assign employees and resources based on production needs.
• Monitor production and adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Ensure employees understand assignments, expectations, and goals.
• Maintain safety, quality, and housekeeping standards throughout the department.
