Job summary

MasterMold is seeking a hands-on Assistant Superintendent for the Johnson Creek Paint Department on 2nd shift. This role involves leading a team of supervisors, leads, engineers, and operators to execute production plans safely and efficiently.

You will drive daily operations, coach frontline leaders, and ensure quality and safety standards while partnering with HR, safety, maintenance, and other departments. Will train the right candidate to learn the operation from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or paint leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and own responsibilities.
• Ability to lead and hold teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate personnel, materials, and priorities to meet needs.
• Provide leadership to Paint Supervisors, Leads, Engineers, and Operators.
• Ensure schedules, priorities, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coach and develop frontline leaders and address performance concerns.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives in the Paint Department.
