Job summary

• Previous manufacturing or paint leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to work on the production floor and learn the operation from ground up.

• Support the Paint Superintendent in daily, weekly, and monthly production planning.
• Lead and direct Supervisors, Leads, Engineers, and Operators on the shop floor.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity; address issues and drive improvements.
