Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a full-time delivery associate to serve wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions. This role requires driving a store vehicle to deliver products from Store #701725 at 30736 Highway 200, Ponderay, ID 83852.

You will load, tint, mix, and transport items, maintain accurate records, and adhere to routes, schedules, and safety rules.

Qualifications

Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and presenting products.
Process sales transactions accurately and per policy.
Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and timely.
Maintain store vehicle and report repairs.
Adhere to routes and schedules and comply with traffic laws.
Prepare delivery reports and related documents.
Operate vehicles and equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts.
