Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to serve wholesale and retail customers by identifying needs and recommending solutions. You will safely deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks, while handling cash and maintaining equipment.

Roles include assisting customers, processing transactions, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities include loading, tinting, and delivering products, maintaining routes, and following safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert supervision to repair needs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts when needed.
