Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a delivery driver to serve wholesale and retail customers, delivering products from Sherwin-Williams stores in a safe, timely manner. You will assist customers, process transactions, and maintain delivery records.

The role requires driving, loading/unloading, and tinting/mixing products as needed. Qualifications include being 21+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–70 lbs, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have a rating of at least "meets expectations" on your most recent appraisal.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely and on time.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely.
• Assist with loading/unloading from vehicles and maintain the store vehicle.
• Adhere to routes and time schedules; comply with driving laws and safety procedures.
• Prepare delivery reports and operate vehicles/equipment as needed.
