Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Missouri is seeking a delivery driver who works with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer questions about products, and deliver items from stores in a safe, timely manner.

You will load and unload, tint or mix as needed, and maintain accurate delivery records while following routes and safety rules; a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determining needs and offering products.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and on time.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventory on the floor and in the warehouse.
• Maintain the store vehicle and report needs for servicing.
