Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is looking for a delivery associate to serve wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. You will deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using company vans or pickup trucks.

Responsibilities include loading, tinting, loading/unloading, maintaining vehicle, following routes, and processing transactions with accuracy. This role emphasizes safety and timely deliveries while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least 'meets expectations' may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determine needs and propose products.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policies.
• Follow sales goals on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications where needed.
• Maintain vehicle and report repairs or servicing needs to supervisor.
