The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a delivery driver to serve wholesale and retail customers by identifying needs and delivering products from stores safely and on time. You will load and tint orders, and handle in-store and on-road duties from Store #703441 in Cleveland, OH.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliable delivery performance, with starting pay at $17.00 per hour and potential for growth based on route and efficiency.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodation.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, at least a "meets expectations" rating on your most recent appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams, completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• Comply with all laws, traffic regulations, safety procedures, etc., when driving a vehicle.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.
