Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver products to customers from the branch, prepare orders, and assist in loading and unloading. You will operate warehouse equipment and help customers in person and by phone.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work the branch hours (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup and label, pack, and ship.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions in the POS.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized stockroom.
• Follow quality service standards and safety procedures.
• Complete monthly and quarterly safety training.
