Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to support deliveries, order preparation and customer assistance at our Mason, OH branch. You will load and unload products, operate equipment, and process sales in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include helping customers, maintaining inventory accuracy and staying safe while handling materials and tools. Weekend or evening shifts may be required to meet branch needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion; able to retrieve material from shelves.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup per schedule in a safe, timely manner.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment including forklifts and hand trucks.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and optimize space.
• Follow safety procedures and inventory controls.
• Support inventory processes and complete safety trainings.
