Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver products from the Jonesboro, AR branch and assist customers in person and by phone.

The role involves receiving and preparing orders, loading/unloading, and operating paint-mixing equipment as needed. The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule aligned with branch hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must be able to retrieve material and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule in a safe and timely manner.
• Load and unload products from deliveries.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Assist customers in person and over the phone; process sales transactions accurately.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers; maintain clean, safe workspace.
• Follow quality service standards and inventory procedures; assist with inventory control.
