Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Marietta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. You will help ensure top-tier service, process transactions, and contribute to meeting store sales goals.

You will work with in-store teams, handle cash and inventory tasks, tint and mix products as needed, and maintain product quality and display standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries.
