Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores in Peachtree City, GA. You will assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend the right paint and related products to fulfill those needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service preferred (1+ year).
• Experience selling paint and related products preferred.
• Experience operating tinting/mixing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in more than one language (Spanish helpful).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
