Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for multiple Ohio locations. You will assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain store presentation while meeting sales goals. This is a full-time, on-site role in Milford and surrounding areas with a focus on service excellence and product knowledge.

You should be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to work evenings/weekends. Prior paint-related retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix products as needed.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and keep store equipment clean.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options with customers.
