Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations in the Perrysburg, OH area. You will assist customers, determine needs, present products, and ensure satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking displays, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining product knowledge. The role may involve evenings and weekends and requires a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a 3 rating on last performance appraisal and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse and tint/mix products as needed.
