Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to support customers at Store #3053 in Cincinnati and Norwood, OH. You will help customers determine needs, present products, and process sales while meeting store goals. This role involves heavy customer contact, cash handling, and occasional deliveries.

The position requires 18+, legal work authorization in the U.S., a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Evening/weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions and assist in deliveries as needed.
