The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support stores within a 15-mile radius of Hilton Head Island, SC, including Store #3902 at 1555 Fording Island Road. You will assist wholesale and retail customers, answer product questions, and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

The role involves processing sales, maintaining displays, stocking shelves, assisting with deliveries, and ensuring store cleanliness while meeting monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales service in person and over the phone, determine needs and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Maintain in-stock displays and pull products from floor/warehouse as needed.
• Assist in deliveries and load/unload duties when required.
