Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at our Montpelier, VT locations. You will determine customer needs, explain Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions while ensuring high-quality service and store presentation.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
• Process sales transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and stock shelves; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Upsell products and discuss options to meet customer needs.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and support store presentation standards.
