Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations across multiple Concord area locations. Requirements include lifting up to 50–70 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work with inventory control processes.
• Experience with tinting and mixing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, presenting products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain files and displays.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and assist deliveries as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products and comply with inventory procedures.
