Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in-store. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to maximize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, maintaining displays, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries as needed. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employee: must have met expectations rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options.
