Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Union City, GA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help retail and wholesale customers find the right paint solutions. You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process transactions, and work toward monthly and yearly sales goals.

You should be at least 18, able to lift up to 70 lbs, have a valid driver’s license, and be open to evenings/ weekends. Bilingual abilities and paint/retail experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries when needed.
